The $49/month covers platform hosting for your entire case management practice — unlimited whānau cases, the full assessment suite across all 13 wellbeing domains, whānau plan tools, quoting and invoicing, document management, and messaging. The 10% commission applies only to quotes you generate and invoice through the platform.

The 10% is a platform commission on quotes generated and paid through Whānau Collective. It covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and ongoing development. It only applies to quotes invoiced through the platform — not to any funding you receive separately outside the system.

The one-off $500 setup fee covers your organisation's initial configuration — provisioning your admin dashboard, setting up user roles and permissions, importing your team's structure, configuring regional settings, and a walkthrough session with your team. It's a one-time cost to get everything running smoothly from day one.

We don't currently offer a free trial. Sign up as an Independent Practitioner ($49/mo) or Organisation ($199/mo + $500 setup). After payment you'll complete a short onboarding questionnaire — your account is provisioned automatically. Questions before signing up? Email contactus@whanausupport.co.nz.

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Your data remains exportable — we'll never hold it hostage. If you leave, you can request a full export of all your case records, whānau plans, and documents.

Customisation hours are optional — they cover work specific to your organisation that falls outside the standard platform. This might include custom reporting templates, MSD or funder-specific exports, custom branding, or bespoke workflow adjustments. Most organisations don't need this. If you do, we'll scope it clearly before any work starts.

Whānau Collective is NZ-hosted. Your data stays in Aotearoa, governed by your organisation's policies and NZ privacy law. We don't sell data or use it to train AI models. Row-level security means case managers can only see the cases assigned to them.

Yes. All prices listed on this page are GST exclusive. GST will be added to invoices as applicable for NZ-registered organisations.
